CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Chicago police are looking for the gunman who killed a man and wounded one other in Rogers Park early Saturday morning.
Details are limited regarding what led up to the shooting, but Chicago police said two men standing in a parking lot near Touhy Avenue and Clark Street were shot at around 1:30 a.m.
Police said the shooter was among a group of people nearby.
A 37-year-old man was hit in the chest and pronounced dead at the hospital.
A 36-year-old man was initially hospitalized in critical condition with gunshot wounds to the back and stomach.
No one is in custody. Detectives from Area Three are investigating.
