Apple Music is taking over as the major sponsor for the annual Super Bowl Weekend, replacing Pepsi as the longstanding advertiser on one of the most important nights in the United States of America.

With the streaming platform taking over the sponsorship, fans on social media are quick to place their bets online on who they want to see next on the Super Bowl Arena.

Meanwhile, a documentary on how to put up a grand-scale entertainment and sports show is eyed by the National Football League to be produced for the upcoming Super Bowl LVII Halftime Performance.

In a Sportskeeda report earlier this year, it noted that reports have been emerging that the NFL wants its next sponsor to expand its coverage and produce something like a documentary to bridge the gap between the organizers and the audiences - showing the world how artists and organizers put up a full-scale production like this.

With Apple Music now taking the job, an output like that is a shoo-in already.

Shortly after the news took over the Internet, fans have been putting forward their bets on who they wanted to see on the show, and everyone seemed to be in unison - Taylor Swift.

A huge popstar like Swift could surely rake in millions of viewers not just from the country but worldwide too. Especially with the GRAMMY-winning singer releasing "Midnights" this October, the possibility could be a great fit.

Tracking back the previous performers, it would seem like a Taylor Swift Superbowl Halftime Performance is long overdue, as many music icons have already graced the sporting event, including Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Beyonce, among many others.
