WE COME TOGETHER IN MEMORY OF CARRIE JOHNSON THIS WEEK. IT WAS A SEA OF PURPLE FRIDAY, A COLOR PEOPLE SAY WAS JOHNSON’S FAVORITE. SHE WAS ALWAYS MADE, BUT SHE ALWAYS PUT A SMILE ON PEOPLE’S FACES. SHE WAS ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD. SHE WAS HILARIOUS. AT FRIDAY’S PALMETTO PENALTY GAME, BOTH SIDES PULLED OUT ALL THE STOPS FOR A STUDENT MANY SAY TOUCHED THEIR LIVES. JUST A BUBBLY PERSONALITY, A JOY TO BE AROUND AND ABSOLUTELY WILL BE MISSED AND PLAYED BY EVERYONE WHO KNEW. HER NUMBER AND INITIALS WERE SCATTERED ACROSS THE FIELD, A SMALL TOKEN FOR A YOUNG WOMAN. MANY SAY HAD SO MUCH TO OFFER. DEVASTATING. IT WAS DEVASTATING FOR THE STUDENTS, THE TEACHERS, THE COMMUNITY, AS A WHOLE. BUT NOW THE TEAM, THE SCHOOL AND THE COMMUNITY WILL MOVE FORWARD. JUST LIKE JOHNSON WOULD WANT THEM TO DO. I SAY THANK YOU TOGETHER. SAY THANK YOU FOR BEING A LEADER. THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT PERSON AND ALWAYS KEEPING OTHERS AROUND. YOU HAD ME ON TO GIVE HER A HUG AND SAY SHE WAS JUST AMAZING PERSON AND AMAZING FRIEND. IN PENDLETON, CARL
