More than nine months have passed since the death of 30-year-old Terrance Caffey while in police custody.
Little details have been released regarding that Dec. 10 night following an altercation with employees at the Little Rock Movie Tavern.
Video footage of that night was released Friday by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, showing Caffey fighting with workers at the theatre.
Footage shows an off-duty sheriff's deputy intervening and throwing Caffey against the wall and then to the ground.
Both men appear to wrestle for a moment until the deputy falls on top of Caffey and pins him to the floor.
About five minutes elapse before backup officers arrive and place Caffey in handcuffs.
Caffey is then dragged outside of the Movie Tavern.
"I can't breathe," Caffey can be heard saying.
Outside of the theatre, law enforcement officers continue to pin Caffey to the ground.
Video shows that Caffey was placed inside a patrol car for a few minutes before going into medical distress.
The video concludes with first responders performing CPR on Caffey.
In a letter, Pulaski County prosecutor Larry Jegley said no charges will be filed against officers involved in Caffey's arrest because their use of force was "authorized by law."
