'House of Spirits: A Haunted Cocktail Soirée' opens in Seattle

Slip into Spooky Season with spirits and a soirée — because is there any other way?

House of Spirits: A Haunted Cocktail Soirée is a new event open in Seattle as of Friday, Sept. 23. This two-hour immersive experience will have you sipping cocktails, exploring a macabre mansion, meeting haunting characters and so much more.

House of Spirits started in Los Angeles in 2019, then expanded to Dallas and New York, and now the experience has come to Seattle, Nashville and Houston. The experience in Seattle will be held at a "secret mansion."

"Each new city starts with a story, while each returning city will see the seasons change with a new story," according to a press release. "For those really paying attention, they can follow an entire overarching storyline connecting all previous experiences."

Attendees are encouraged to dress up for the occasion in period-specific/costume fashion or black tie. Tickets go for $70-90, with three ticket options available for purchase online. The event runs in Seattle now through Halloween.
