Beth Darlene (Kessinger) Dials

Beth Darlene Dials, 68, of Logansport, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022, in her residence.

Born on November 24, 1953, in Marion, Indiana, Beth is the daughter of the late Walter “Pete” and Wilma (Lloyd) Kessinger.  Beth had worked as a bartender for the Logansport Elks and R-Bar.

Beth grew up in Sweetser, Indiana and graduated from Oak Hill High School. She had lived in Wabash and North Vernon before moving to Logansport in 1993. Beth enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, sewing, and spending time with her family, especially during holidays and taffy pulls in the winter.

Surviving Beth is a son, Walter Allen Talbott of Pen Argyl, PA; daughter, Andréa Michell (Aaron) Dilley-Parish of Swayzee, IN; son, Phill (Michelle) Dials of Logansport, IN; three granddaughters, Kristin (Nathan Smart) Nemes, Laney Joseph, Melissa Mae; grandson, Chase Sebastien Cox; two great-granddaughters, Hazleigh LaBree, Adi’Laigha Rose; great grandson, Copelan-Andrew Lee; brother, Dave Kessinger of Jalapa, IN; three sisters, Becky Creech of Converse, IN, Katie Hayes of Granite City, IL, Shirley “Shug” Robinson, Houston,TX; sister in law, Carole Kessinger, Wabash, IN; brother in law, Bill Patuzzi, Marion , IN; several cousins, nieces and nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Lloyd Kessinger, Mike Kessinger, George Kessinger and Bill Kessinger; sister, Lois “Sissy” Patuzzi; five sisters-in-law, Janice Kessinger, Pearl Kessinger, Linda Kessinger, Edna “Louise” Parson and Lora McCleese; two brothers in law, JB Hayes and Mack Robinson.

Per Beth’s request, there will be no services. She will be laid to rest beside her parents in the Grant Memorial Park Cemetery in Marion, Indiana.
