Castanea man now considered a fugitive from justice

CASTANEA TOWNSHIP – Jimmy “Hank” Carlton Henry remains at large in connection to an arrest warrant issued August 15, 2022 on criminal charges related to the sexual assault of a minor child.

Clinton County authorities have now classified Henry as a Fugitive from Justice and enlisted the help of multiple nationwide fugitive task forces to locate Henry, who has fled his last known address and deactivated his cell phone, according to police.

Mill Hall Borough Police Department filed charges and obtained an arrest warrant for Henry for aggravated indecent assault of a child, aggravated indecent assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. These incidents allegedly occurred between April 09, 2020 and April 30, 2020 at a residence in Castanea Township, Clinton County PA. Henry’s current whereabouts are unknown.
