MICHELLE: A WOMAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH DUI AFTER ORLANDO POLICE SAY SHE CRASHED HER CAR INTO THREE BICYCLE OFFICERS EARLIER THIS WEEK. THE WHOLE THING WAS CAUGHT ON VIDEO. WESH 2’S KELSI THORUD TAKES US THROUGH IT. KELSI: ORLANDO POLICE SAY THIS VIDEO SHOWS THE MOMENT THREE OF THEIR OFFICERS WERE HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER. ACCORDING TO POLICE THE OFFICERS WERE CONDUCTING A TRAFFIC STOP NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF CENTRAL BOULEVARD AND ORANGE AVENUE WEDNESDAY NIGHT, WHEN A SILVER BMW SEEN COMING INTO FRAME NOW SLAMS INTO THE OFFICERS AND THE CAR THEY HAD STOPPED. POLICE SAY THE DRIVER OF THAT BMW WAS 26-YEAR-OLD LORI DECARLO. ACCORDING TO THE ARREST REPORT OFFICERS COULD SMELL ALCOHOL ON DECARLO’S BREATH AND WHEN THEY TRIED TO QUESTION HER AFTER THE CRASHED, SHE BECAME COMBATIVE, SAYING, I DON’T KNOW WHY YOU’RE MAKING THIS A BIG DEAL. OFFICERS SAY THROUGHOUT THE INTERVIEW DECARLO WAS SLURRING HER SPEECH AND SHE WAS HAVING TROUBLE STANDING. ACCORDING TO THE REPORT OFFICERS SAY THEY TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET DECARLO TO DO A FIELD SOBRIETY TEST BUT SHE REFUSED. OFFICERS SAY DECARLO YELLED PROFANITIES AT THEM AND DEMANDED TO GO HOME. SHE WAS ARRESTED ON SITE AND TAKEN TO ORANGE COUNTY’S DUI BREATH TEST CENTER. ACCORDING TO THE REPORT SHE TOLD NURSES THERE THAT SHE HAD BEEN DRINKING WINE AT WINE-DOWN WEDNESDAY DOWNTOWN. WARNING: Video above may be disturbing A video released Friday by the Orlando Police Department shows bicycle officers being struck by a vehicle.According to Orlando police, a group of bike officers was conducting a traffic stop Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. on W. Central Boulevard. and Orange Avenue. While speaking with a driver, a silver BMW SUV speeding eastbound on W. Central Boulevard struck three of the officers and the car the officers had stopped. Police say the driver of that SUV was Lori DeCarlo, 26.According to the arrest report, officers could smell alcohol on DeCarlo's breath and when they tried to question her after the crash, she became combative, saying "I don't know why you're making this a big deal."Officers say throughout the interview, DeCarlo was slurring her speech and having trouble standing. According to the report, officers said they tried multiple times to get DeCarlo to do a field sobriety test but she refused.Officers also said DeCarlo yelled profanities at them and demanded to go home.She was arrested on site and taken to Orange County's DUI Breath Test Center.According to the report, she told nurses there that she had been "drinking wine" at "wine-down Wednesday downtown."Police said all three officers and the driver of the car DeCarlo hit are expected to be OK. DeCarlo was arrested and charged with DUI with personal injury.

A video released Friday by the Orlando Police Department shows bicycle officers being struck by a vehicle.

According to Orlando police, a group of bike officers was conducting a traffic stop Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. on W. Central Boulevard. and Orange Avenue.
