LORETTO, PA (WJAC) - A dynamic duo for Saint Francis is leading the way in the Northeast Conference. Makai Jackson and Dawson Snyder are both in the top 10 of the NEC for receiving yards per game.
Jackson, a true freshman, earned national honors this week as the FCS National Freshman Player of the Week. The Croydon native leads the conference with an average of 107 receiving yards per game. Jackson also earned triple NEC honors as the co-offensive player, special teams player and rookie of the week.
Shanksville-Stonycreek grad, Dawson Snyder, is 6th in the NEC averaging 72 receiving yards per game. Snyder, a red-shirt sophomore, earned the starting wide receiver role this season.
