CN2 Newscast – New Police Division, Suicide Awareness Ride, Labor Shortage

 

ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – The homeless population, teen violence and Opioid overdoses, all huge problems leaders say they are dealing with right here in the city of Rock Hill. The Rock Hill Police Department is creating a new division within its department to focus on those concerns with the hope to have a safer community.

September is Suicide Prevention Month and one family in Chester County is working to keep their son’s memory alive and help others who may be struggling.

Getting an interview during the job search can feel impossible at times, but the York County Regional Chamber says now is the best time to start applying as companies are hiring.
