The suspect in the Oxford High School shooting is back in court Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
This is part of a monthly hearing under Michigan law when a juvenile is lodged in an adult jail.
The judge determines each month if the jail is still a suitable lodging for the juvenile.
Ethan Crumbley, who was 15 years old at the time of the shooting, is accused of shooting and killing four students after he allegedly opened fire at Oxford High School on November 30.
The now 16-year-old has been charged with 24 counts including first-degree murder.
He was denied being moved to the Children's Village multiple times and has been housed at the Oakland County Jail away from the other adults.
