One in Custody, One At Large After Sulphur Springs Chase

One man is in custody and one at large after a vehicle and foot chase in Sulphur Springs. The two men attracted the attention of Hopkins County Deputies when they observed driving a stolen Dodge Challenger bearing the license tags of a Kia. They took Eddie Ringo of Arkansas into custody, and Markevus Taggart, also of Arkansas, remains at large. They think the men are members of a ring of thieves who stole about 20 cars from an Ennis car dealership.
