A Steele man was arrested by the MSHP Wednesday morning. 58 year old Kendall Puckett was arrested on a felony failure to appear warrants out of Pemiscot County on charges of DWI, no valid driver’s license, and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
He was taken to the PCJC and is held with no bond.
