Three people hurt after head-on crash in Pulaski County

PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Three people were hurt Tuesday afternoon after a head-on crash in Pulaski County.

The crash happened on Highway AB near S. Bend Road just before 5:20 p.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Troopers said a pickup truck driven by 45-year-old James R. Stacey hit a car head-on after the truck crossed the middle of the highway.

Crews took Stacey by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon with moderate injuries.

Two people from the car, Dale H. LaChance, 75, and Nancy M. LaChance, 72, both of Lebanon, were taken to the hospital with serious and moderate injuries.

Troopers said everyone involved in the head-on crash was wearing a seat belt.
