Inside Amy Schumer Returning After Six-Year Break

After six long years, Inside Amy Schumer is coming back. 

The fifth season of the sketch comedy series will premiere exclusively on Paramount+ October 20. The season will be shorter than previous iterations with just five episodes, released on a weekly basis after a two-episode premiere.

Schumer announced the impending return of her show on Twitter, writing that the series is "returning for another season, and it's better than ever. Well, not as good as Season 3. But close." 

"You won't want to miss the show that will finally get me forever cancelled," the funnylady wrote. She concluded that streaming the new season is "what the Queen would have wanted."

Inside Amy Schumer Season 5 premieres on Paramount+ October 20.
