WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown Mayor Ried Holien was in the KWAT studios Tuesday morning.

In a wide-ranging interview, the mayor talked about the failed plan to relocate City Hall into the Wells Fargo Bank building,  the need for more retail development in the city, and an assessment of the new city manager-led form of government.
