OKLAHOMA CITY (Free Press) — The fairgrounds were animated once again with the 2022 State Fair of Oklahoma opening Thursday and running for ten days through Sept. 25.
And, with relatively mild weather, crowds were building as the evening approached.
We talked to friends Brandi Tuttle from Norman and Rowan Nasr from Edmond about why they came.
“The food,” answered Tuttle quickly. “We come here for the food and to look around,” said Nasr.
But, they had both been looking at grandfather clocks in the Clock House booth in the Centennial Building where businesses can show off their wares and maybe make a sale or two.
