State Highway 10 shut down for major wreck

A major crash has shut down State Highway 10 near Greenwood on Friday morning, the Sebastian County Sheriff's office reports.

About 7:15 a.m., the crash was reported near Red Brown Place east of Greenwood. SH 10 to the east will be shut down for an unknown amount of time, the sheriff's office reports.

Motorists should avoid the area while law officers respond.

The sheriff's office requests people avoid posting photographs of the scene "out of respect for privacy."
