Bojangles moving corporate headquarters in south Charlotte

CHARLOTTE — The headquarters for Bojangles Restaurant is making a move, but it won’t be going far.

Executives and leaders will relocate from its current location on Southern Pine Boulevard to new arrangements just a few blocks away on Forest Point Circle in south Charlotte.

In an announcement on Monday, a Bojangles spokesperson said the move will consolidate all its support center employees under one roof. It is expected to occur early next year.

The new building will be more than 61,000 square feet and include a training center and a culinary center for improving the menu, equipment, kitchen design and quality assurance, a Bojangles spokesperson said.

“Bojangles was founded in Charlotte in 1977, and we’re thrilled to be able to continue calling Charlotte our home,” said Jose Armario, CEO of Bojangles. “As our company has evolved and grown over the past few years, our space needs have changed dramatically, and we’re excited to be moving to a new space that is specifically designed for an organization like ours and its upward trajectory.”

The new location on Forest Point Circle will be completely remodeled before staff moves in.
