Kim Kardashian is once again attempting to off-load her Vincent Van Duysen-designed downtown Calabasas condo, as reported by Dirt.com. The SKIMS founder first put the urbane 2,260 square foot apartment on the market back in 2019 for $3.5 million, but for reasons unknown, withdrew the sale. The luxury pad, situated in an upscale mixed-use condominium complex, is now back on the market for the same asking price.

Described as a “minimal monastery flat” by Tomer and Isidora Fridman, listing agents in charge of both the former and current sale attempts, the home’s decor comes courtesy of the uninterrupted monochromatic neutral earth tones and organic materials used in every room. Commissioned by Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West, the interiors feature darker paneled European Oak flooring grounded by lighter-colored custom blended plaster walls, cabinetry, and ceilings. All of the bespoke furniture complement the abode’s palette, lending an overall soothing, sophisticated effect to the residence. Light fixtures and drapes also come tailor-made to the home’s unique decor.

The seemingly simple kitchen is enhanced by a Gaggenau oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a Bosch dishwasher, and flows seamlessly into a chic living area devoid of any non-functional ornamentation. Each of the three en-suite bedrooms provides a private covered outdoor space, while an extra indulgence includes a semi-private elevator that gives direct access to the suite’s private foyer. Built in 2016, the four-story building features a communal pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, and dedicated barbecue area.

The beauty mogul who has been quoted as having an affinity for neutral tones, used a similar color palette (which she calls “greige”) in her stunning nearby Hidden Hills home and for the packaging of her newly-launched skincare collection, SKKN BY KIM. According to Vogue.com, Kardashian used the apartment as offices for her former beauty start-ups KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance.
