A local Italian restaurant notable for its cuisine and panoramic views is returning to an off-strip casino this November.
Vetri Cucina is set to return to The Palms Resort on Tuesday, November 1, the company announced on Thursday.
Aside from its Italian cuisine, the restaurant is also known for its panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, as it sits on the 56th floor of the casino.

Chef Marc Vetri originally opened the location in November of 2018, and it quickly became one of the city’s most treasured restaurants.
"As soon as I walked into the restaurant space on the 56th floor, I knew it was something special. We can't wait to open our doors again and welcome friends and family back. We have an amazing menu, chef, and team behind this," says owner and chef Marc Vetri.
Although the shutdown of The Palms forced the restaurant to close, the Philly-based chef then opened Osteria Fiorella inside Red Rock Casino in 2020.
The menu is set to include a seasonal variety of antipasti, pasta, meat & fish, and delectable desserts upon the restaurants reopening.
