Talk is so cheap, Mayor Wheeler! Try avoiding that and actually take action by giving the PPB Officers under your charge the ability to do their sworn duties! Oh; I forgot, I'm sorry, you're a card carrying liberal aren't you?! I guess I over stepped your boundaries! I apologize........NOT!!!!!Don't get too comfy in the Mayor's office dude! I believe even the liberal constituents that elected you are beginning to see just how worthless and potentially dangerous you are, but not giving your officers the ability to keep citizens safe in Portland & the surrounding suburbs!
