who can blame this guy? it's obvious the homeless have more right than the taxpayers,break the law at will with little or no consequences,drugs everywhere and the kids have to walk or wait right by that crap.Wheeler is the worse excuse of a Mayor the city has ever seen. Change is long overdue.
