Unfortunately, many of the Portland citizens (at least those on the Eastside) are on their own for protection. Portland is crime infested city whether it be theft, street racing, shootings, etc.

PORTLAND, Ore — A man was shot and killed in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood of north Portland early Thursday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
