On August 18, at around 8:45 a.m., the middle school student was approached by the man, who told her to get into his car multiple times, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
The girl refused and ran home from the bus stop on Carnaby Street.
Police continue to search for the suspect, who was described as a heavyset Hispanic man, in his 40's, with black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache,officials said.
He was driving a newly restored, older model four-door sedan, tan interior and exterior, with unknown Virginia license plates, police said.
