A man sought in connection with a violent assault in Manchester has been arrested, police said Friday.Police had been looking for Drew Fortier, 26, after an attack was reported early Thursday morning.Investigators have not released much information about the attack, but they said Fortier knew the victim, who suffered serious injuries and was being treated at a hospital.Fortier is believed to be suffering from mental health issues, police said.He is charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault and is being held on preventative detention.
