PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Jazz Composers Ensemble is one of the many acts that will be performing in Portland this weekend at the Montavilla Jazz Festival.
The 9th annual event kicks off Friday night and goes through the weekend at several venues throughout the city.
