In the Miller gallery, work from Bay Arts Alliance's annual Royal Flippin Skateboard Competition exhibit is on display. This year is people's choice which means it’s up to the community to decide who will be the best of show, first and second place. Come out to show support and vote for your favorite deck.

Photography by local artist Shelton Halstead will be on display in the cafe gallery. Using manual and digital film to create his photography, Halstead used his exhibit to show the moments he has captured over the years.

All three exhibits will be displayed until Aug. 27. The Center for the Arts, at 19 E. Fourth St., is open and free to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
