The 25th Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival begins tomorrow evening in Rochelle and runs until Sunday for all ages to enjoy.
This year's theme is "Through the Years". Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival President Lisa Chrisco says the weekend remains a family event. There is no cost to enjoy the bands and other entertainment.
The festival has returned to a 3-day summer event in Rochelle after only 1 day last year due to the pandemic.
Activities tomorrow night include the Little Miss Peanut Contest at 6 and the Band Soul 2 Soul from 8 until 10.
There will also be craft, vendors, and business booths, a food court, carnival rides, a beer garden, and the sale of 50/50 raffle tickets.
Saturday Activities include: Pancake breakfast near the Gazebo
Hubs City Cruisers Car and Motorcycle Show from 9-3pm
Free Kids Zone
Rise Up Dance Company from 10 until 11AM
The Coyote will be at the festival from 4 until 6pm
Moose Haunted House from 4 until 9pm
Class Field Trip from noon until 1pm
Bands: Burn-N-Bush 2-4pm
Project Nostalgia 5-7pm
Hi Infidelity 8-10pm
