Man found dead on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach identified

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Police identified the man found dead in the middle of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.

A motorist first saw the body early Monday morning near NW 12th Avenue and the ramp to I-95.

Police identified the victim as 35-year-old Jad Claude Camille of Boynton Beach.

Court records show Delray Beach Police arrested Camille on a criminal mischief charge on July 20. Police said he threw a rock through the front window of a gas station on W Atlantic Avenue. He told police he was "mad."
