UPDATE (8/18 4:55 p.m.) — Both 1335 and 1337 Main St. have been completely destroyed by fire, according to Franklin Fire Chief Gerald McClain.
Firefighters say they arrived after a report around 1:30.
One firefighter was taken to the hospital with a finger injury.
Wellsburg, Franklin, Follansbee, Hooverson Heights and McKinleyville were all on scene.
Officials are unsure of how the fire started at this time.
WELLSBURG, W.Va. (WTRF) — A double structure fire has broken out in Wellsburg.
Officials say it is on 1337 Main Street.
Everyone was able to make it out safely.
Crews are on scene and 7News is on the way.
