its appears our politicians protect criminals over law abiding citizens you touch someone's property in anyway its game on does the judge or prosecutor make payments on his vehicle no!!! its his right to protect his property

Just, wow. I can't imagine anybody doing anything differently. You're gonna walk up to him and say "hey there, buddy!" so he can turn around and blast you or stab you? What is wrong with the law?

Good for standing up to these thugs. Drop all charges he was defending his property and probably needs car for work. Therefore his lively. Bam Self Defense!!!!
