Lake Oconee Elks Lodge donates laptops to GWVH

The Lake Oconee Elks Lodge recently donated four laptops, printers and all the essentials to the Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville these laptops will be used in the new building that will house veterans who have severe brain trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). 

The laptops will be used by the vets as a rehabilitation tool to help them gain a more independent life. 

The new building is expected to open about mid-September. It will house 14 veterans who will receive rehabilitative services. The Lake Oconee Elks Lodge utilized The Spark Grant from Elks National Foundation to fund the program.
