ST. LOUIS – Mortgage applications fell last week.
The Mortgage Bankers Association said they were down 2.3%. That’s the lowest it’s been since 2000.
The 30-year fixed rate stayed more than two percentage points higher than a year ago at 5.45%, but down from the June 2020 high of 5.98%.
