A man has been accused of exposing himself to people at a Fall River movie theater.

According to Sergeant Moses Pereira, on Tuesday just after 1:00 p.m., Officer Michael Sullivan responded to the Picture Show Cinema for a report of an unwanted party inside the business.

Upon arrival, Officer Sullivan was advised by staff that a male patron had begun to behave erratically inside one of the theaters.

As Officer Sullivan continued his investigation, he learned that the man, 39-year-old Timothy Thomas of Taunton, was behaving erratically in one of the movie theaters and exposed himself in view of other patrons.

Thomas is charged with Open and Gross Lewd and Lascivious Behavior and Indecent Exposure.
