We're waking up this morning with just a few clouds around the area. As we go through the day, we’ll see those clouds continue to grow and even a few storms will develop later today.
Thursday afternoon brings a blend of sunshine and clouds. After lunchtime today a few showers and storms will fire up. They'll start in the west and will try to scoot east of the parkway this afternoon. Like yesterday, a few may succeed. However, most of these will stay west of the parkway. Highs today are in the 80s.
Anything that does develop this afternoon will fade tonight with lows back in the 60s.

As you can tell, the computer models are having a hard time handling the rain chances. One model puts a vast majority of us getting rain before dawn Saturday morning
Others have virtually nothing at all.
Maybe slightly over half on Sunday, but Monday brings the most rain with most of us getting wet.
