NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-A man and woman were arrested on burglary allegations after they were allegedly found inside a North Platte home.
Police said on Tuesday, at around 1:36 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 700 block of W. 8th St. It was reported that the home was vacant and no one had permission to be inside the home.
The reporting party told officers they had observed several vehicles stopped at the residence, with individuals removing property from the residence.
Police said one of the vehicles in question returned to the residence, and officers made contact with Anthony Tanner, 23, and Shae Washa.
Officers made contact with the person responsible for the residence, and they advised that Tanner and Washa did not have permission to be inside the property.
Officers determined there was probable cause to arrest Tanner and Washa on suspicion of burglary.
They were jailed at the Lincoln County Detention Center.
