Cavaliers release entire 2022-23 regular season schedule

The Cavaliers –– along with the rest of the NBA –– officially announced their 2022-23 NBA regular season schedule on Wednesday afternoon. After a handful of preseason games, the regular season tips off on Wednesday, October 19th when the Cavs hit the road for a game against Toronto. A matchup in Chicago with the Bulls follows on Saturday, October 22nd, before the team returns to Cleveland for their home opener. That game, which is on October 23rd, will be against the Washington Wizards.

According to a press release sent out by the team on Wednesday, the Cavs are scheduled to be on national television nine times. Two of those games will be on TNT, three will be on ESPN, and the rest will be on NBA TV. Additional games highlighted on the schedule include a game against last year's champs, the Golden State Warriors, on January 20th and a matinee game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Martin Luther King Day.
