UCF student murdered after pulling over car to render aid to ‘stranded woman’

Being a good Samaritan has cost the life of a University of Central Florida student.

We’re told that 22-year-old Adam Simjee of Apopka and his girlfriend were driving through Alabama Sunday when they stopped to help a woman stranded on the side of the road.

That woman quickly pulled out a gun and forced the couple into the woods where another woman awaited her accomplice.

Both were hit.

As they walked into the woods, the UCF student pulled out his own gun and started shooting at the woman, who returned fire.

Adam Simjee was pronounced dead at the scene.

The woman is hospitalized.

The accomplice who was part of the deadly scheme was surrounded by police when ... remarkably ... a 5-year old child walks out of the woods holding a shotgun, which he eventually dropped.

Both women are facing felony charges.

Mikayla Paulus, who was Simjee’s girlfriend and witnessed the whole incident says Simjee died protecting her.

A GoFundMe was created to help Simjee’s family pay for funeral and burial costs.
