Yellow Butterfly Winery hosting BBQ and Motown on Labor Day weekend

NEWCOMERSTOWN — The Yellow Butterfly Winery will offer Motown music and barbecue from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 3.
Luke McGarvey's Backwoods BBQ offers ribs, brisket, cheesy potatoes and more. It will be at the winery from noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 3, 10, 17 and 24.
During August, the winery will have live music from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Doug Bender will perform Saturday. Bryan Phillips will perform Aug. 27.
The winery is at 11661 Blue Ridge Road. Hours are noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, noon to 7 p.m. on Friday and noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday.
