A Benton man wanted for questioning was arrested after authorities said he led them on a pursuit through two counties.

Marshall County dispatch requested authorities be on the lookout for 37-year-old Kevin Ray Rushing, who was wanted for questioning in connection to a felony.

Rushing had last been seen heading into Lyon County on a motorcycle. Marshall County detectives requested assistance from the Lyon County Sheriff's Office, but they were busy with other calls.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said Rushing, who also had a female passenger, was later found on US 62 in Kuttawa. They attempted to stop his vehicle, but he reportedly fled at a high rate of speed.

Deputies attempted a roadblock, but said Rushing maneuvered around officers and turned onto KY 295 North where he was boxed in.

Rushing was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license, fleeing or evading police, and wanton endangerment.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
