KOCHVILLE TWP, MI — Value City Furniture is opening soon in Saginaw County.
The new 43,315-square-foot furniture store, located at 2780 Tittabawassee Road, formerly Toys R Us, in Kochville Township, will open its doors for the first time Thursday, Aug. 18.
This is the first store American Signature Inc., Value City Furniture’s parent company, has opened in the Saginaw area, its 15th store in Michigan and its 125th store in the country, according to a company news release.
“Our newest location, marking number 15 in Michigan, is another step towards our goal of providing an affordable and inspiring shopping experience for all Michigan customers when they’re furnishing their homes,” Jonathan Schottenstein, president of American Signature Inc., said in a statement.
“We are excited for Saginaw shoppers to experience our Designer Looks furniture, which combines affordable prices with quality craftsmanship and on-trend styles — aligning with our vision that everyone has the right to a well-furnished life.”
The new store promises to offer furniture inspired by high-end designer trends without high-end prices. It will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. Furniture pickup hours will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
