The Pulaski County Commissioners heard from Pulaski County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director Sheri Gaillard about an upcoming disaster exercise.
Gaillard said on Saturday, September 17 between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. ET, a full-scale disaster exercise is scheduled. The exercise will occur at U.S. 35 and 225 South and will be on the south side of River Bridge.
Gaillard added INDOT will be on hand to direct vehicles and electronic message boards will be present to help the flow of traffic.
She told WKVI News the Local Emergency Planning Committee is sponsoring the exercise.
