Great Falls Fire Rescue confirmed that the fire was in a detached garage, and firefighters were able to prevent it from spreading to any other structures.

GFFR said in a news release on Wednesday: "There was a large amount of overhaul that needed to be done to ensure that the fire was completely out. With the amount of overhaul conducted and the heat, this was a very labor-intensive fire for the A-Platoon crews."

The cause of the fire has been determined to be the accidental disposal of smoking materials. There were no injuries.
