A man was charged with possession of drugs after a warrant arrest in Trigg County Friday.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say 36-year-old Daniel Bane was arrested on Shady Lane after he was found to have warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.
He was located after law enforcement received an anonymous tip on his whereabouts.
Deputies say he was in possession of meth, marijuana, and paraphernalia.
He is charged with resisting arrest and possession of meth and marijuana. Two others were also arrested at the home for hiding Bane and lying to deputies about him being inside the home.
The Department of Community Based Services was also called by law enforcement due to the drugs and children being inside the home.
