HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A 66-year-old man with dementia who was missing from Houston's Museum District has been found.

It was unclear where exactly Chester Collins was found. The update was issued at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

On Tuesday, police said Chester Collins' last known contact with anyone was on Aug. 11. He had last been seen leaving the 1300 block of Hermann Drive in an unknown direction of travel, according to police.

Authorities said Collins suffers from dementia and may not know his name or date of birth.
