On Tuesday, a Glynn County parent was arrested for discharging a can of pepper spray into a school bus.
According to Glynn County School System, it happened when the bus was picking up students near Brunswick Commons when the parent confronted the bus driver and school monitor.

At 7 a.m. Tuesday, one of their buses was evacuated after a parent got on and discharged a can of pepper spray. The bus driver, monitor, and 24 students were exposed to the fumes.
Police, school resource officers, and the fire department were contacted, and that parent was immediately arrested and charged. All of the students were treated at the scene and either brought home or brought to school on a different bus. Meanwhile, the school system says the driver and monitor were transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
The parents of the student were contacted about the incident, and this incident is under investigation by the Transportation Department and police.
The parent, Shaquayle Cuyler, is in police custody.
