Someone is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle, according to Louisville Metro Police Department.LMPD's Eighth Division responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision around 5:45 p.m. Monday in the 3000 block of Chamberlain Lane, which is right by the Ford Truck Plant. Police said that their preliminary information indicates a passenger vehicle and motorcycle were traveling in opposite directions when they collided. The man driving the motorcycle was pronounced dead on the scene.The woman driving the car remained on the scene and was uninjured, police said.LMPD said they are still investigating how the incident may have occurred.Chamberlain Lane is expected to be closed for the next couple of hours, according to police.
