Early voting continues today through Sunday for New York's 23rd Congressional District special election and GOP primary. Hours vary per day. Voting hours on Monday will run from noon until 8 pm. There are four locations for early voting in Chautauqua County, including the County Fairgrounds in Dunkirk, the Board of Elections Offices in Mayville, the Robert H. Jackson Center in Jamestown and the Chautauqua Mall in Lakewood.
