Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis said Stephen Lawless, 52, died at Prisma Greenville Memorial Hospital on Friday morning.
The crash happened on Aug. 8 and involved a pickup truck and a motorcycle, the South Carolina Highway Patrol released Friday.
Master Trooper Mitchell Ridgeway said the crash happened just before 8 a.m. on West Oak Highway at Tokeena Road, just east of Oakway.
Ridgeway said the driver of a Dodge pickup was heading east on West Oak Highway, attempting to turn left onto Tokeena Road.
He said Lawless, who was driving a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle, was heading west on West Oak Highway and hit the pickup truck.
Lawless was taken by medical helicopter to the hospital. His manner of death is listed as accidental, Addis said.
